Advertising
- Our advertising
will be legal, decent, honest and truthful. We will be guided by UK
law and the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion Practice.

not wilfully create a demand that we cannot fulfil.

Handling
your order online
- As part
of the ordering process, we will calculate the price of your order including
all taxes, shipping and discount (according to the information you give
us) and present you with what we believe you are ordering and its cost
before you commit to the transaction, thereby giving you opportunity
to amend or withdraw from the transaction.
- We will
not request any credit card details until after you have had opportunity
to review the order and have decided to proceed.
- If you
have provided us with a valid email address, we will normally acknowledge
your order within one working day (but we sometimes take short holidays
when response time will be a bit longer!).
- We do
not charge your credit card until goods are despatched.
Delivery
- We will
normally act on your order by return, which means that wherever in the
world you are, you should receive your order within 21 days.
- If you
supply us with a valid email address, our acknowledgement email will
include a more precise estimation of delivery time.
Guarantee,
Returns and Refunds
- You have
30 days to try our product. If you do not like it, you may return it
for a full refund. Even if you break it, return the pieces. An RMA number
is not required.
- If your
CD breaks or otherwise becomes faulty within two years of purchase we
will replace it free of charge.
Security
and privacy
- Your
order is placed to us using a trusted third party e-commerce specialist
company.
- We will
take care of your credit card details, which are NOT stored on our web
server or any computer permanently connected to the Internet.
- We will
look after your personal details in such a way, as we would want ours
looked after. More details are in our privacy
policy.
- We do
not knowingly run any programs, ActiveX controls etc. or place cookies
on your computer in the process of transacting with you.
- We do
not use any third party to fulfil transactions.
- We do
not email you without your permission except in connection with your
transaction.
- We operate
the Opt-in CCA Club (qv) for infrequent mailings.
Opting in is a default to people placing an order, but customers may
opt out at the time of placing an order. By joining the club you give
us permission to keep in contact with you regarding Christian Computer
Art. Members may opt out at any time. Details are on the CCA Club page.
Children
- We do
not target children, however there is nothing on our site that will
be offensive to children. We are family friendly and RSAC rated.
Complaints
- Complaints
may be made to us by phone, email or letter. Details are at the head
of this statement.
- We will
normally respond to complaints within 1 working day except during holidays.
- We promise
to be fair, confidential and effective in the handling of any complaints.
Should you feel that a complaint has not been handled in accordance
with the above, we will respect any appropriate UK statutory body.
