We value our customers and have instituted a policy to respect our customers’ privacy. Obviously during the course of using our website visitors information may be gathered by a number of means. No information we collect is ever shared with other organisations.

Similarly, we expect visitors to this site to respect our privacy. Any information taken from this site and used inappropriately will dealt with.

Information Given With Orders

It is necessary for you to supply us with your postal address on-line. You will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

You are also invited to supply us with your telephone number on-line. We rarely use that information and will only telephone you should there be a query regarding any orders placed on-line.

You need to quote your credit card number. This is not kept on the web server or any computer permanently connected to the Internet. Extra privacy precautions have been instituted to further protect your card number. The number is used for the purpose for which it was given and no other purpose. Should a further order be placed the information will have to be repeated.

Customers who order only the sampler disk will be considered de facto to be serious propsects to purchase product from us. If no purchase is made within a reasonable time of samples being despatched, we may follow up that prospect.

We maintan only minimal information to enable us to contact customers, verifiy details of their order and source of enquiry to track advertising effectiveness. Upon request we provide customers with access to all information that we maintain about them. This information should be made in writing (‘snail mail’) to our published postal address.

Information collected automatically

Our service is run on an ISP’s web server. As is popular with ISPs, ours provides log files that can be analysed. We use this analysis to understand where our market is and what the most popular parts of our site are. In order to effect this, for each visitor to our web site, the web server automatically recognises only the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address. No individual data is consulted; it is used to give aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

We never collect email information surreptitiously; we are always explicit in any request for an email address, nor do we set any cookies. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

CCA Club

The CCA Club is an opt-in club giving access to additional facilities. In return members give us permission to send occasional emails to them regarding Christian Computer Art. You may remove yourself from the club (and therefore the email list) at any time by following the instructions on the CCA Club page to resign from the Club.

Occasionally we collect other information in connection with the club, such as geographic origin, so we can improve our service to our customers.

Guest Book and Prayer Book

Visitors signing our guest book and prayer book are logged for security purposes. Originating domain and IP address are recorded and are used only in case of abuse of the facility. This is to protect our bona fide visitors and us.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We also use proprietary privacy algorithm. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server which is identified as such. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
